| Payment terms: | Безналичный расчет. Расчеты по договору производятся в течение 45 (сорока пяти) календарных (для МСП - 15 (пятнадцать) рабочих) дней после подписания Акта оказанных услуг путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя на основании выставленного Исполнителем счета и оформленных сменных рапортов, счетов - фактур, предоставленных не позднее 01 числа месяца, следующего за отчетным. Услуги считаются оказанными с даты подписания обеими сторонами Акта оказанных услуг. |
