| Payment terms: | Payment for the rendered services is carried out by the Customer quarterly within 10 (ten) business days from the date of provision by the Contractor of the invoice, the invoice issued on the basis of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the rendered services signed by the Parties for the relevant period.
