| Payment terms: | Payments under this Agreement are made by the Customer no earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor provides the original invoice for payment to the act, by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account. Cashless payment. / Payment procedure: Payments under the Contract are made by the Customer not earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy five) calendar days from the date of signing of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered by the Parties by transferring funds to the operating account of the Contractor, provided the Contractor submits to the Certificate the original invoice. |
