| Payment terms: | payment upon the provision of services: 100% of the price of the rendered services is paid within 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the Parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services, if the Customer has the originals of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services, the invoice (UPD) of the Contractor – for winners not related to SME entities.
