| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered by the Contractor is carried out by the Customer monthly, for the amount of services actually rendered, within 45 calendar days after signing the Acts of Acceptance of the services rendered (separately for each division of the Customer), taking into account the provision of original invoices and invoices (separately for each division of the Customer), by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account. |
