| Payment terms: | Payments for services rendered are made monthly. The Customer pays for the services upon the provision of services within 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the services rendered for the reporting period in the form of Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement, subject to the provision by the Contractor of the originals of payment documents (invoice), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract). |
