| Payment terms: | It is carried out without advance payments, within 7 (seven) banking days following the day on which the Contractor presented the results of the services provided under the Contract (for each stage specified in clause 2.2. of this Agreement
Terms of Reference), subject to the signing by the Customer of the Act of Services rendered and the provision of an invoice. The Contractor undertakes to notify the Customer in writing of its readiness to transmit such results. |
