Payment terms:payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon their provision
on the basis of the delivery certificate signed by the Customer - acceptance of the services rendered and the invoice of the Contractor within:
a) 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of rendering services (stage of rendering services), for contracts:
- with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);
- with a single Contractor - an organization of the industry (no price limit);
b) 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of provision of services), for contracts:
- with SMEs.
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of rendering services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents stipulated by the contract for contracts
for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT included.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
