a) for organizations that are SMEs - within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered and the receipt by the Customer of the original invoice (invoice) for payment;
b) for organizations that are not SMEs - within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered and the receipt by the Customer of the original invoice (invoice) for payment. |
