| Payment terms: | Payment for the rendered Services is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, monthly upon the fact that the Contractor provides Services within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days (in case of conclusion of an agreement with the subjects of the NSR within 7 (Seven) business days) after the Parties sign the Act of Rendered Services without comments, based on the invoice issued. |
