| Payment terms: | оплата оказанных Услуг производится Заказчиком путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя, указанный в Договоре, по факту оказания Исполнителем Услуг в течение 45 (Сорока пяти) календарных дней (при заключении договоров с субъектами малого и среднего предпринимательства период расчетов определяется в соответствии с требованиями законодательства РФ), после подписания Сторонами Акта оказанных услуг без замечаний, на основании выставленного счета. |
