| Payment terms: | payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract upon the provision of Services by the Contractor within 7 (Seven) working days (when concluding contracts with small and medium-sized businesses, the settlement period is determined in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation), after the Parties sign the Act of services rendered without comments, based on the invoice issued. |

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
