| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of documents confirming the fact of the provision of services by the Contractor and the provision by the Contractor of documents stipulated in the contract (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract).
The originals of these documents are transmitted by the Contractor to the Customer in any way that allows to reliably establish the date of such transfer.
Settlements under the contract are carried out by transferring funds from the Customer's settlement account to the Contractor's settlement account
The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
The price of services under the contract includes any costs of the Contractor in accordance with the Terms of Reference, including personnel transportation costs, travel expenses, compensation for all costs, as well as any taxes, fees, duties and other payments. No advance payment is provided. |
