| Payment terms: | Settlements for services rendered are made upon the provision of services, within * 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered (universal transfer document (hereinafter - UPD)), provided that the Contractor provides originals of payment documents (invoice, invoice - invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference.
