Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
advance payment is not provided;
payment for the services provided will be made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account upon the fact of the services provided, by non-cash transfer within 15 days (for SMEs - no more than 7 working days) from the date of signing the acceptance certificate based on the invoice;
Changes in the process of contract execution of the taxation parameters related to the payment and / or calculation of VAT in a big way (increase in rates, introduction of tax rates for certain groups of goods, the payer's transition to the regime associated with the payment of VAT, etc.) does not entail a revision of the Contract price. Changing the VAT parameters to a smaller side on any grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation entails automatic recalculation of the Contract price in proportion to the corresponding changes.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
