| Payment terms: | The results of the provision of services must be issued in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 09/23/2002 N 695.
Payment is made on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor to the Customer, no later than 10 (ten) working days after signing the Act of Acceptance and transfer of services rendered and in the presence of a completed invoice, after receiving a copy of the commission's decision, by transferring money funds to the Contractor's current account. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
