| Payment terms: | Payment for Services rendered is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, upon the fact that the Contractor provides Services within 15 (fifteen) calendar days, (when concluding contracts with small and medium-sized businesses, the settlement period is determined in accordance
with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation), after the Parties sign the Act of services rendered without comments, based on the invoice issued, invoices (not provided if the supplier is not a VAT payer or is exempt from fulfilling the duties of a taxpayer). |
