| Payment terms: | The Customer shall pay the total amount under the Agreement in the following manner:
- The first payment for the Services rendered shall be paid by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date the Parties sign the Act for the last stage of the Services or from the time the Act for the last stage of the Services The Services shall be deemed to be signed by the Parties in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2.2.8. of this Agreement.
- The second payment for the delivered Goods shall be paid by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the Parties sign the Transfer Documents confirming the delivery of all consignment of Goods stipulated by the Agreement |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
