(inclusive), or no more than 45 calendar days (with the cost of products more than 5 million rubles.) from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty and which, under the terms of the contract, are the basis for making payment for the obligations performed by the counterparty and obligations assumed by the customer, and if the counterparty is an SME entity – no more than 7 working days from the date of signing by the customer of the document on acceptance of services rendered under the contract (a separate stage of the contract). No advance payment is provided. |
