Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
payment for Services is carried out by the Customer upon their provision on the basis of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the rendered Services / UPD signed by the Parties within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days / for SMEs — 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the rendered services / UPD and the provision by the Contractor of all necessary documents, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds by the Customer to the Contractor's current account.
