| Payment terms: | Payment under the Agreement is made in the following order:
- for services for conducting training on the development of educational and methodological materials for full-time and / or online training (webinars) and testing, conducting face-to-face and / or online training (webinars) for participants in training events, inter-module support and consulting for participants in training programs, development of training - methodological materials for conducting distance learning, holding events as a presenter, expert, trainer, moderator in the functional area "Anti-corruption education" the amount on the basis of the invoice within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the Universal Transfer Document, by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor, on the basis of the invoice issued, but not earlier than the receipt of funds under the Main Agreement. |
