Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
There is no advance payment under the agreement.
15% of the cost of the corresponding stage in the form
of an advance payment is paid by the Customer within 15
working days from the date the Contractor
issues the invoice for payment. In case of non-payment of the prepayment within
the prescribed period, the Contractor has the right not
to proceed with the execution of the relevant stage
and (or) suspend its execution until
the prepayment is received in full. In this
case, the delay in the start of the stage within
the prescribed period shall not be considered as
a delay in the fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations and shall not
entail the application of penalties
provided for by the contract to the Contractor.
Final payment for actually rendered
Services for the corresponding stage in the amount of 85%
of the cost of the corresponding stage are performed
By the Customer within 45 calendar days after
signing the Act of rendered Services and the
By the Contractor to the Customer of the invoice for payment.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
