Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Option 1: Payment of remuneration is made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account. Payment term -50 (fifty) calendar days (for SMEs – no more than 30 calendar days) from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the services provided by the Customer and receipt of the corresponding invoice issued by the Contractor;
Option 2: Payment of remuneration is made in the following order:
- advance payment in the amount of 30% of the cost of Services, within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the Contract, but not before providing security for the return of the advance;
- the remaining payment in the amount of 70% of the value of the corresponding bid is paid by the Customer upon the fact of the Services provided by the Contractor, based on the Acceptance Certificate of the Services Provided signed by the Parties. The term of payment of the remaining payment is 50 (fifty) calendar days (for SMEs – no more than 30 calendar days) from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of the Services provided.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
