| Payment terms: | Payment for services is made by the Customer monthly within 15 (fifteen) calendar days / (7 (seven) working days, in case of a decision to conclude an agreement with a participant in the procurement procedure relating to small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement procedure conducted among any participants in the procurement procedure, including with the participation of small and medium-sized businesses medium-sized businesses, as well as in non-competitive procurement procedures) from the moment the Contractor transfers the original invoice to the Customer and the Parties carry out the delivery and acceptance of the services rendered in accordance with section 4 of the Contract. |
