| Payment terms: | Payment is made in accordance with section 5 of the draft Agreement, namely:
payment of remuneration for storage is made by the Depositor on a monthly basis, that is, for each reporting period of responsible storage, provided that during such a reporting period the Custodian carried out responsible storage of any goods of the Depositor.
Payment of the storage fee is made by the Depositor within 45 (forty-five) calendar days / 7 (seven) working days (for small or medium-sized businesses) from the date of the actual signing of the Act by the Parties, provided that the Depositor has the entire list of documents specified in paragraph 5.5. of the Contract, duly executed, as well as if provided that the Depositor has a valid security for the fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement that meets the requirements of Annex No. 7 to this Agreement. |
