15 (fifteen) calendar days (for other organizations) from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the rendered services (universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as UPD)), subject to the provision of The executor of the originals of payment documents (invoices, invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference. In case of non-fulfillment and/or violation of obligations under the contract by the Contractor, the Customer has the right to suspend payment for the period of delay in fulfilling obligations by the Contractor or until the violations identified by the Customer are eliminated. In case of delay in the Contractor's issuance of the documents required for payment in accordance with this section, the payment period is increased by the corresponding number of days of delay plus 5 (five) days. At the same time, the Customer's payment obligations specified in this section will not be considered unfulfilled. Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account. The Customer's obligation to pay for the services rendered is considered fulfilled from the moment (date) debiting funds from the correspondent account of the Customer's bank.
