| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon their provision in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered and the invoice of the Contractor or a universal transfer document (UTD) within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Parties sign the acceptance certificate -acceptance of services rendered or UPD. There is no advance payment.
When concluding an agreement with the only supplier-organization of the industry, payment for the services rendered is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
When concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity, payment for services rendered is made within 15 (fifteen) business days. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
