| Payment terms: | Payment is made upon the provision of the Services by the Contractor within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days (when concluding agreements with small and medium-sized businesses, the settlement period is determined in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation) after the Parties have signed the Act of Services Rendered without comment, on the basis of the invoice, invoices (not provided if the Contractor is not a VAT payer or is exempted from the duties of a taxpayer). Advance payment under the agreement is not provided. |
