| Payment terms: | Payment for Services rendered is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, upon the fact that the Contractor provides Services within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days (when concluding contracts with small and medium-sized businesses, the settlement period is determined in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation) after the Parties sign the Act of services rendered without comments, on the basis of an invoice issued, an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation (invoices are not provided if the Contractor is not a VAT payer or is exempt from performing the duties of a taxpayer). |
