| Payment terms: | Заказчик оплачивает услуги по факту оказания услуг в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней со дня подписания Сторонами Акта сдачи-приемки оказанных услуг, при условии предоставления Исполнителем оригиналов платежных документов (счета, счет-фактуры), а также документов, предусмотренных в Техническом задании (Приложение 1).
В случае признания победителем участника закупки, являющегося субъектом МСП, срок оплаты составит 15 рабочих дней в соответствии с п.14 (3) Постановления Правительства РФ от 11.12.2014 N 1352. |
