- payment for the services rendered is made by the customer upon their provision on the basis of the act of acceptance of the services rendered signed by the customer and the Contractor's invoice within:
a) 30 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services), for contracts:
- with the contract price up to 5 million rubles with VAT (inclusive);
- with a single Contractor - an industry organization (without price limitation);
b) 15 working days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services), for contracts:
- with SMEs.
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the Provision of services (stage of the Provision of services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents provided for in the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles with VAT.

Based on the provisions of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 102-FZ dated 01.04.2020 "On Amendments to Parts One and Two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter - Federal Law No. 102-FZ) from April 1, 2020 for payers of insurance premiums recognized by SMEs in accordance with the Federal Law the Law of 24.07.2007 No. 209-FZ "On the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Russian Federation" establishes reduced rates of insurance premiums in the aggregate amount of 15% (10% for mandatory pension insurance and 5% for mandatory medical insurance) with a part of monthly payments in favor of an individual exceeding the minimum wage, established by federal law at the beginning of the billing period (hereinafter referred to as the minimum wage) (from 01.01.2022 the minimum wage is 13,890 rubles). Generally established insurance premium rates (30%) are applied by SMEs to payments not exceeding the minimum wage per month. Thus, payers of insurance premiums have the right to apply reduced rates of insurance premiums in the aggregate amount of 15% in respect of monthly payments to employees exceeding the minimum wage from the 1st day of the month in which information about them is entered in the register of SMEs, but not earlier than April 1, 2020.
