| Payment terms: | The Customer pays for the services rendered quarterly after the parties sign the act of acceptance of the services rendered and the Customer receives from the Contractor the originals of the invoice and the invoice for payment in the following terms:
- within 30 calendar days (for organizations that are subjects of SMEs);
- within 45 calendar days (for organizations that are not subjects of SMEs). |
