Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Customer, after concluding the Contract and providing the Contractor with advance payment security, within 20 calendar days after receiving the advance payment invoice from the Contractor, transfers to the Contractor's current account an advance in the amount of 30% of the maintenance cost in the current calendar year, in accordance with the Schedule for the provision of maintenance services (Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement)), the Specification (Appendix No. 12 to the Agreement) and the Agreement on Securing obligations under the Agreement (Appendix No. 11 to the Agreement).
In the final calculation, the outstanding advance in full is taken into account first of all, the remaining part of the cost of the services rendered is paid within 45 calendar days (within 30 calendar days for organizations that are SME entities) from the date the Customer signs the Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered (Appendix No. 4 to this Agreement) or the UPD, the submission of an invoice (or UPD), invoices for payment.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
