| Payment terms: | Payment is made by bank transfer on the basis of the invoice issued on the terms of 100% of the price of the services actually rendered/works performed and is paid within 15 (fifteen) calendar / 7 (seven) working days (in case of conclusion of an agreement with an SME entity), after the parties sign the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the provision of services, the provision of an invoice, the invoice-invoices (not provided if the supplier is not a VAT payer or is exempt from fulfilling the obligations of the taxpayer).
