| Payment terms: | Payment under the Agreement is made by the Customer within 45 (Forty five) calendar days (for SMEs not more than 15 working days) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor and the signed Certificate of Services Rendered. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
