| Payment terms: | Payment for maintenance services is made by the Customer in stages in accordance with the Maintenance Schedule specified in Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of the services rendered (Appendix No. 7) and the invoice. The services are delivered on the date of the last departure of the specialist in the reporting month. |
