| Payment terms: | 2.5. Payment under this agreement for maintenance in accordance with p.2.3. This Agreement is made on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor upon the provision of maintenance services, in the following terms: within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Delivery and acceptance of the rendered services in the absence of comments. Advance payment for routine maintenance according to Appendix No. 1 is not provided. |
