| Payment terms: | Payments for services rendered are made monthly. The Customer pays for the services upon the provision of the services in the reporting month, within 15 (fifteen) (for SMEs – 7 (seven) business days) from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the services provided in the form of Appendix No. 3 to the Contract, subject to the provision by the Contractor of the originals of payment documents (invoices, invoices), as well as the documents provided for in the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement). |
