| Payment terms: | Payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract upon the provision of Services by the Contractor within 15 (Fifteen) working days (when concluding contracts with small and medium-sized businesses, the settlement period is determined in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation) after the Parties sign the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the Services rendered without comments, on the basis of an invoice, an invoice (not provided if the Contractor is not a VAT payer or is exempt from performing the duties of a taxpayer). |
