Payment terms:Payment is made for the services actually rendered within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (30 days if the supplier is an SME) from the moment the Parties sign the Act of Acceptance of the services rendered by transferring funds by payment order to the Contractor's settlement account from the date the Customer receives the original invoice and invoice in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation
