Purchasing items:

Category M1 – Vehicles used to transport passengers and having, in addition to the driver's seat, no more than eight seats. (2 pcs)
2.
Category M2 - Vehicles used for the carriage of passengers, having, in addition to the driver's seat, more than eight seats for. seats, the maximum mass of which does not exceed 5 tons. (4 pcs)
3.
Category M3 - Vehicles used for the carriage of passengers, having, in addition to the driver's seat, more than eight seats, the technically permissible maximum mass of which exceeds 5 tons. (41 pcs)
4.
Category N1 - Vehicles intended for the carriage of goods, having a technically permissible maximum mass of not more than 3.5 tons. (6 pcs)
5.
Category N2 - Vehicles intended for the carriage of goods having a technically permissible maximum mass of more than 3.5 tons, but not more than 12 tons. (7 pcs)
6.
Category N2 – Vehicles intended for the carriage of dangerous goods, having a technically permissible maximum mass of more than 3.5 tons, but not more than 12 tons. (4 pcs)
7.
Category N3 - Vehicles intended for the carriage of goods having a technically permissible maximum mass of more than 12 tons. (19 pcs)
8.
Category N3 – Vehicles intended for the transportation of dangerous goods, having a technically permissible maximum mass of more than 12 tons. (4 pcs)
9.
Category O4 - Trailers with a technically permissible maximum mass of more than 10 tons. (3 pcs)
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer
within 7 working days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment by the counterparty of obligations under the agreement, subject to receipt of payment documents issued in compliance with the established standards (for SMEs).

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
