| Payment terms: | The federal operator makes the payment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of Services. If the Operator is a small business entity or a medium-sized business entity, the term of performance by the Federal Operator of the obligation to pay will not exceed 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of Services. Payment is made by cashless transfer of funds according to the Operator's details specified in this Agreement. Invoicing is not required. |
