Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles (inclusive), including with a single supplier – an industry organization - within no more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days;
with a small and medium-sized business entity – within no more than 7 (seven) business days;
with a single supplier - an industry organization with a contract price over 5 million rubles - within no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days;
in all other cases - within no more than 45 (forty-five) calendar days
after the parties sign the act of acceptance and transfer of the services provided, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor. Advance payment is not provided.
For subsidiaries of Energoatominvest LLC, the payment procedure is established on the basis of the Decision of Rosenergoatom Concern JSC dated 05/26/2025 No. 9/0302/2213-resh.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
