| Payment terms: | settlements under the agreement are made in a non-cash manner by payment orders by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within 7 (Seven) business days after the Customer accepts works on each of the stages of services in the approved POU, signing certificates of acceptance of services from the Contractor (subject to compliance with the registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Contract) in accordance with with the terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1). Advance payment is not provided. |
