Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
A) The currency of the Contract Price: Egyptian Pounds.
Currency of payment: Egyptian Pounds.
(the rate of conversion of the currency of the Contract Price into the currency of payment is established by the Contract)
B) In accordance with the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt on Cooperation in the Construction and Operation of a Nuclear Power Plant in the Territory of the Arab Republic of Egypt, signed in Cairo on November 19, 2015, approved by Decree of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt No. 485 of 2016 year, (hereinafter - MPS) The Parties are exempt from paying all types of indirect taxes and fees in the Arab Republic of Egypt, including sales tax, value added tax, customs duties, fees, etc. in relation to activities related to the implementation of the El-Dabaa nuclear power plant project."
The Contractor independently and at the expense of the Contract price receives all licenses, permits, permits and approvals necessary for the proper fulfillment of all obligations stipulated by the Contract.
The Contract price is marginal. The Contract price provides for all obligations of the Contractor, including those foreseen or unforeseen by the Contractor, takes into account all risks, including taxes, fees and other mandatory payments, costs of materials, equipment, labor, transportation costs, costs of storing materials, equipment, obtaining all necessary permits/ approvals/ registration/ registration in the register, etc. etc.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
