Basic daily cleaning of the premises (offices) of the BIC building (1 ·1/m2)
2.
Basic daily cleaning of auxiliary premises of the building – halls, corridors, stairs, elevators (1 ·1/m2)
3.
Basic daily cleaning bathrooms BIC (1 ·1/m2)
4.
Supporting daily cleaning of auxiliary premises of the BIC building and the Landfill – halls, corridors, stairs, elevators and bathrooms (1 ·1/m2)
5.
Supporting daily cleaning of auxiliary premises of the BIC building and the Landfill – halls, corridors, stairs, elevators and bathrooms (1 ·1/m2)
6.
The main daily cleaning of the premises of the entrance building of the Izhora plant (1 ·1/m2)
7.
Basic daily cleaning of the premises of the main entrance (1 ·1/m2)
8.
Basic daily cleaning of the premises of the KSM walk-through (1 ·1/m2)
9.
Basic daily cleaning of premises is a walk-through BIC (1 ·1/m2)
10.
Service for the provision and replacement of lobby carpets (29 pcs. for 1 replacement) (1 ·1/m2)
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
