| Payment terms: | Payments under this Agreement are made by the Customer no earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of the Services Rendered, provided that the Contractor provides the original invoice for payment to the act, by transferring funds to settlement account of the Contractor. Cashless payments. / Payment procedure: Payments under the Contract are made by the Customer not earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy five) calendar days from the date of signing of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered by the Parties by transferring funds to the operating account of the Contractor, provided the Contractor submits to the Certificate the original invoice. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
