| Payment terms: | The total cost of the services provided by the CONTRACTOR under the CONTRACT, as well as the CONTRACTOR's expenses to be reimbursed in accordance with clause 3.4 of the Contract, may not exceed 1,999,000 (One million nine hundred ninety-nine thousand) rubles 00 kopecks, and includes the amount of the CONTRACTOR's remuneration, the cost of the air carrier's services, in accordance with existing tariffs, taxes, fees of the air carrier, as well as all taxes and fees, and other payments that the CONTRACTOR must pay in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.2. Payment for the CONTRACTOR's services is carried out on the basis of Tariffs (Appendix No. 1) upon the provision of services. The cost of service units specified in Appendix No. 1 is fixed and is not subject to change during the entire term of the CONTRACT.
6.3. Payment of the CONTRACTOR's expenses to be reimbursed by the CUSTOMER in accordance with clause 3.4 is carried out on the basis of a Report on the expenses incurred agreed by the CUSTOMER with copies of supporting primary documents attached against the CONTRACTOR's invoice.
