| Payment terms: | Payment in the amount of 30% of the total amount of the contract is made after the acceptance of work on the first stage of rendering
Services (Inventory), payment in the amount of 70% of the total amount of the Contract is made after the completion of the second and
third stages of the provision of Services.
Payment for Services rendered is carried out upon the fact of rendering
Services within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the parties sign the act of work performed/services rendered |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
