| Payment terms: | The federal operator makes the payment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of Services.
If the Supplier is a small business entity or a medium-sized business entity, the deadline for the Federal Operator to fulfill the payment obligation will be no more than 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of Services. Payment is made by wire transfer of funds according to the Supplier's details specified in the Contract. |
